Open all doors for the Gatekeeper!

Whoaaaa—THIS book is why I read!!! Always thought of a Gatekeeper as a administrative drone, but Mr. Limerick couldn’t be farther from that job description. This is one very creative, nerve-fraying, clever, well plotted story. Dez is someone you’d want covering your “six,” and leading the charge with his wit and skills. I’m already in line for the next escapade, and see if Tom Hardy is available for the movie. Don’t be caught with your knickers down and miss this one.

There are no adequate words to entice any thinking person to bear witness to Matthew’s McConasaga! One doesn’t merely “listen” to this book but instead is so immersed in the performance/story that you may feel prompted to take notes or attempt a dialog with the author. Read the book if you’re inclined-the narrative structure and life of MM is binge-worthy. However, if you want to reward yourself and “just keep livin,” invite the author into your room and allow him to mesmerize with a masterful performance that will be a literary “ear worm” in the best possible way. Read, listen, do both, but green means go—to this book!

Excessive exposition, wrong-headed narration

Seemed like the story was too much in love with its own verbosity, with too much attention to the premise, not enough to draw in the listener. Not very engrossing to anyone unfamiliar with engineering endeavors and no attempt made to induce listener to care about the characters. Narrator professional, but wrong for this book.
