I could use less attention to weight reduction and more attention to health benefits. Also if one is at a healthy weight how they are affected would be nice. It's as if the author assumes all readers are over weight and need to lose weight.

excellent story line ... a good read ... I'm looking to another cozy mystery series with good character development and I think I've found it. I'm looking forward to the next story. I find it so satisfying to not have to give up on the characters but rather to dig into another book to continue to enjoy the journey.

it's a smooth easy read ... you don't want to put it down.

I especially like the character development. it's like I'm right there. I can visualize every chapter. I prefer the audio book versions and my husband will find me sitting in the garage, engine off, still listening to the book, until the power finally cuts off.

another great story

How she does it, I don't know, but I hope she'll continue writing this series for years to come. Agatha Christie continued her Jane Marple and Hercule Poirot for many books, but JD Robb has continued an entire cast of characters for so many books. when I'm waiting for the next one to come out, I go back and start the series again ... I'm on my 3rd time around, and I've never done that with any other series. The audio version is the icing on the cake with these books. I've been known to have a large print (getting older) book in my lap reading along with the audio version. The voices and audio quality are like coming home for the holidays and never wanting to leave.

knowing the why helps one to understand the unknown. having access to facts negates fear of the unknown. being able to see into the future of the unknown creates hope.
