So helpful. What a confirmation !!!!
Revisado: 06-15-16
Loved the book. So helpful. Now I realize I wasn't crazy or losing it. There was a reason backing everything I was feeling and doing. Wow I'm in shock. I was so fooled, exploited and taken advantage of. I literally can't believe this happened.
This book was so helpful. I honestly have been listening to it every day. Twice already today.
I need to keep hearing this because I wouldn't or couldn't believe people are actually this way.

Revisado: 04-26-16
Thank you to the author and the reader. I married a psychopath.
He strangled me on March 13th 2016. There were so many red flags.
Anyway I did call he police and. Ow not even two weeks later he out himself in a dating website and has been aggressively trying to meet a woman.
Exchanged numbers with many and I found out he's already sending naked photos of himself to them.
Total Narcissist psychopath personality disorder
I've been devastated.
Been extremely hard to get through each day.
I will listen to this book many times. Already dos 3 times. It has kept me hanging on.
Thank you.
Fits my husbands description exactly.

I could cry. But ice done so much of that lately.
This book has been monumental in helping me realize what is wrong with my husband.
Of course this accurate description of him via this book is very hard to process.
AntiSocial Narcisistic Personality Disorder.
I will be able to start now to not expect any remorse or change of him.
We are separated legally by the state because he attacked me March 13th 2016. He was strangling me after a small argument we had.
Undid get lightheaded. He had a blank, hateful look on his face. I figured my life was going to end in that instance. He did let go.
Anyway this book is AWESOME. I thank the author for this knowledge. It really helps to know what your dealing with. And also helps to know its not my fault my husband doesn't seem to love or care about me.
It is so painful. But I am going to recover and begin to heal.
Perhaps a year or two. But each day will be that much closer.
Thank you.
This book gave me answers. Thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Historia
Do you sometimes feel as if you're just going through the motions in life? Are you good at looking and acting as if you're fine, but secretly feel lonely and disconnected? If so, you are not alone. The world is full of people who have an innate sense that something is wrong with them - who feel they live on the outside looking in, but have no explanation for this feeling and no way to put it into words.

Little Lee Lee~ pretty powerful

I listened to this book twice. And will listen to it again. So much information. A lot of insight as to why as adults we feel so empty, scared, lost and lonely. Even though we have children, a husband and friends.
We were emotionally neglected at such a critical time.
I cry uncontrollably almost every day. I'm 48 years old and just now able to start breaking through to the real pain. It's a horrible feeling to have SADNESS all of the time. But through therapy and books like this one I am beginning to put the painful pieces together.
I would highly recommend this book.
