Historia
Have you ever felt stuck in a cycle of unresolved pain, playing offenses over and over in your mind? You know you can't go on like this, but you don't know what to do next. Lysa TerKeurst has wrestled through this journey. But in surprising ways, she’s discovered how to let go of bound-up resentment and overcome the resistance to forgiving people who aren’t willing to make things right. With deep empathy, therapeutic insight, and rich Bible teaching coming out of more than 1,000 hours of theological study, Lysa will help you stop suffering because of what other people have done to you.

Not AT ALL what I thought
Revisado: 02-10-21
Personally did not like this book, I actually only got three chapters in before I gave it up. It was certainly not what I was looking for. They don't speak of any real coping or growth mechanisms or anything, it's all very bible-based and "put your trust in Jesus" as a method of moving on so if that's not your cup of tea definitely skip. Also it kind of just felt like a big pity party with no valuable information.

Started off OK but...
Revisado: 09-06-19
It started off good and I was hopeful for it but they she got into the whole "eat this, don't eat that" gypsy thing and I immediately lost interest. I expect healthy body, healthy mindset, healthy food, but she just went off the deep end - no gluten, dairy, meat, fish, butter, sugar, caffeine, etc. Only fruits, veggies and beans basically. I'm already a healthy eater. I wasn't looking for a diet..... ummm it had some nice quotes and I agree with some things but this is definitely NOT was I was looking for in this book. Thanks but, this one isn't for me.
