Listening to this story was very difficult. Half the cast sounds whiny (the men) the females sound like they are aristocracy. It’s a bad match. The way the story is written it may have been a the authors choice.
I found the h was almost impossible to like. She had an excuse to not do something when it mattered but she is a hard worker. She hates having to ask a man for any kind of help and when a man saves her from rape she can’t get off her high horse to say thank you but looks for more reasons not too. I am hoping the story leads up to her pulling her head out of her butt however I have lost patience with it.

Not as good as I hoped.

All the good reviews had me excited to listen to a paranormal alien romance however that does not feel like what I got.

It is a VERY religious story.
If you like what at first appears to be an Alpha male who breaks into tears many times in a story. One of the times he is balling in tears begging forgiveness. I was unimpressed. That is likely when the story lost appeal to me.

I would not think of this as paranormal story. This would be a religious romance story that includes sex for pleasure rather than procreation.

I will be returning this book because it was not at all appealing to my tastes.

Terrible Narration.

The narrator was distractingly unpleasant for me.
The main female character was given the voice of an older woman while the male characters sounded to be in their 20’s.
I loved reading the books a lot even though reverses harem books are not usually my cup of tea. However this audio I feel was not given enough guidance in how to real lines in a couple areas of the book.

Selfish

I find this story to piss me off. h attempts to kill H even if it’s unknowingly and the author writes as if everything is H’s fault. Feels very lazy, and Very unrealistic. Even blackmailed it is some BS.
I could not get passed it because they keep throwing it in ur face.
I don’t think I will listen to another book by this author. It is to unrealistic and ‘woe is me’ kinda female lead for me.

Distractingly Bad Narration

The accent that the narrater is distractingly bad.
I read the kindle book previously and liked it. I didn’t realize the book I read would be the first story in this one. But omg bad narrater accent. I’m sure it was intentional and as I said. Distractingly bad.

Entertaining with a side of frustration -_-

Snobby princess who learns a lesson in a very hard way. Lots of time passed without really being told towards the end.
Only regret is that her father doesn’t get put in his place at the end.

Love all of it!

I loved every piece of this story. Beginning to end. Despite everything I truly truly love how things worked out but there was a lot of pain.
Oddly enough some part of me resonated strongly with the boy who all but worshipped the ground she walked on.
The love story was very romantic and in a lot of the best ways it was subtle.
I think Tink was a great POV to hear the story from. Especially since I never heard the not disney version of Peter Pan. I found this version to be a lot more enjoyable! I will definitely be putting forth an effort to learn/ find out more of this store. I am so thrilled that Wendy was not a big part of the store and to hear how strong Tiger Lily is. Only thing that still kinda hurts my heart is that Tiger Lily's relationship with moon eyes could have been a lot better I feel.
Anyway, all in all a credit here is worth it.

OMG Hot!!!

This story exceeded my expectations! In Every way. The narrator was fantastic and the story was magnificent. I highly suggest it to ANYONE who even stumbled across the story.
Goodness knows I'll be keeping an eye out for more from this series

One complaint in an otherwise good story

Where does Dying Bites rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

What did you like best about this story?

I love paranormal stories!! especially with Lycan's

What about Johanna Parker’s performance did you like?

Fantastic voice acting, but with how many people i see complain about other voice preformers idk if that means much.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

no extreme emotions for me. I listened to the whole story in one day, don't like breaks much.

The Main Character was a little on the very annoying side. Some of the outbursts she gets into feeling are out of the blue. That got really annoying really fast, almost stopped listening completely when she gave her first outburst. but a few months later i restarted it, it is an interesting story.
Personally i prefer more romance in my stories.
