I’m not sure why i got this book, but…. I’m glad i did! I didn’t want to like it. Maybe because i was mad at my husband lol! I was feeling a certain way, and feel in love with both of the main characters! I wasn’t expecting it to be wild, had me clutching my pearls! In a good way!

That’s what it is, a STORY! It’s funny how people think this is a “WOKE” story. Since she was saying how it feels to be BLACK better yet a BLACK MAN, all of a sudden it’s a “WOKE” story? Come on people be real, i get some biblical fact are altered, but that’s what it is a STORY! It’s for our entertainment and i enjoyed every bit! From the cast to the editing , the plot was great! I was on the edge of my seat the whole time! What a wild ride! Please don’t let these racist i meant opinions/reviews keep you from listening. I hope this story keeps going!
Side note i hate the word WOKE, i think it’s overused for the wrong meaning!

This story left me feeling some type of way! It was good by all means l, but I'm just sad! It's 10 years later. So without giving anything away, THIS BOOK IS A MUST READ! This book keeps getting better and better! The only thing that I didn't like is that it wasn't long enough for me.
