Lots of twists but hokey as hell
Revisado: 04-13-20
It is hard to know if this book is trying to be a serious piece of literature, a thriller or farcical melodrama. Too long and in a desperate need of an editor. Best approach is to not take it seriously, then it is half enjoyable. Disappointing

Historia
The debut psychological thriller that will forever change the way you look at other people's lives. Every day the same. Rachel takes the same commuter train every morning and night. Every day she rattles down the track, flashes past a stretch of cozy suburban homes, and stops at the signal that allows her to daily watch the same couple breakfasting on their deck. She’s even started to feel like she knows them. Jess and Jason, she calls them. Their life - as she sees it - is perfect. Not unlike the life she recently lost.

Mystery buildong up to non-existing climax
Revisado: 08-26-16
Not quite sure why this book has garnered so much attention except for trying to be the next Gone Girl. Her writing is quite tedious (characters constantly spell out their motivations and even refer to the other narrators stories in obvious ways). Ending wasnt thrilling or surprising
The narrators are quite bland, especially Anna. Also the "male voices" of the narrators are grating. Overall disappointed. Not a recommendation.
