Historia
I used to be the greatest Earth Mage in my world. The head of the entire Order of Architects. But the older you get, the more you come to realize that at some point, you need to retire, so that you can have the chance to enjoy a peaceful life and to cede your place to the young, some of whom have already turned two thousand years old . . .So that's what I did. But I failed to account for one thing: during the course of my long life, I'd accumulated too many enemies, and they had decided to spoil my retirement. So they died along with me. And I hope their deaths were final. But mine was not!

story of self agrandizing and glory days
Revisado: 10-14-24
The entirity of this story besides the few actual plot points is one self agrandizing story of what the mc was, what he did, or what the organization he was connected too did and how everyone else is weak. Its a shame as there is an actual storyline in there that can be good but is overshadowed by the poor filler. The Narration was fine but suffers from the narrator drawing out the end of sentences giving it an insufferable tone and after 3hrs became unbearable. Overall i like the premise and the structure for powers/abilities but the editor should have told the author to let this one cook for a bit and flesh it out into something that could have been good.

Historia
When quiet Orrin and his extroverted best friend, Daniel, were transported to a strange RPG-based world, not much changed between them. Daniel became a hero of legend, while Orrin remained his unobtrusive shadow. Only when they faced a particularly lethal foe did Orrin step out of his comfort zone and display his true worth—with powers he didn't know he had. Of course, Daniel got all the glory, but Orrin doesn't mind. He's just happy they're both still alive.

Historia
Gleam may be fading into the distance, but Vex is far from done with Chance and Bella. At his command, the Shikari set off in hot pursuit of them. The best way to evade their hunters is to blend into the villages that surround the massive Scholar City. But, as Bella shows Chance more of the new world he’s found himself on, they stumble into forces that not even Vex could have predicted would be at play. Yamish stands in wait, offering a solution to all of their troubles — a solution that stands at direct opposition to Chance’s boundless optimism.

Inane Descisions and Repitition
Revisado: 06-17-24
What i lovemost of a story is to here a lil peptalk spiel about how they (two characters) should go do something cross a metaphorical sometimes literal bridge then have the exact same conversation again with the same boring logic like FFS get on with it. In addition the MC keeps calling his essence Luck when its was specifically addressed in the first book that it wasnt just luck, that it was kharmic Luck with friendly neighborhood debt collector sprinkled in there. It makes more sense when you realize the author is pumping out more books than a harem fiction author in heat so the quality just aint gonna be there but its decent junk food. For the narration there are some stories that could use this guy but not a story with young adults as the MCs. Everyone sounds like they smoke 12 packs a day and every sentance has a strange lilting tone at the end of it as if its all a grand mystery, it aint

Wtf was the author thinking
Revisado: 10-09-23
idk what the author was thinking but the complete lack of treetrees humanity ruined the story the constant dumb questions, amoral outlook, uneccesary problems created from a lack of proper social interaction, and a complete refusal to inform others he is from earth ruins 99% of the book. I listened to the first in the series because the tree still had some relateable characteristics in this book he doesnt.

With the authorities fulfilling their responsibilities (for once), he looks forward to some quiet time to rest and recuperate. The locals might not find ceaseless monster onslaughts and an interdimensional invasion relaxing, but Jason has had a rough few years. He's doing his best to let go of his anger. While his team is caught up in duty, Jason has no shortage of people looking to interfere with his rest. Enemies—old and new—are circling, and even would-be allies are trouble.

The filler Episode if it was a manga
Revisado: 09-15-22
filler book with no satisfactory story progression. it carries on the same tropes as the past 3 books without any meaningful character progression/development or insights. Its a nice filler dont get me wrong but it is a filler which i can see with his nect book scheduled to release in 3 months.
