This book is like having an encouraging friend helping you on your fitness journey. Meagan doesn't provide a strict eating plan or fitness program but instead provides tips, tricks, and advice to build a plan that works for you. She nudges you towards healthier eating and exercising, giving ideas for how to be successful. She also helps to redefine success, it's not a number on a scale, it's about eating healthier and exercising more. The ideas given can be refined to make a plan that works for you. You can still have a treat, but maybe not five, exercise is about working with what fits into your day not making sure you get up at 5:00 am and work out for an hour. This is a book worth coming back to every time you need a motivational push to continue on your fitness journey or get back into it if you go off track. And most importantly, the goal is to have a body you love, whatever size and shape it may be!
