Historia
Joanne Fedler, a beloved writing teacher and mentor, has written Your Story to help all people, even those who don't necessarily identify as 'writers', value their life stories and write them in such a way that they transcend the personal and speak into a universal story. She shows how to write from your life, but for the benefit of others.

Joanne Fedler is a natural writing coach when it comes to guiding new writers…Her voice is real, honest, and encouraging…Right now, I am reading her books and books that she recommends! I am engrossed in reading and writing again thanks to her. I’m glad I happened to to fumble upon her writing course in the insight timer app…:)

Historia
Ever since medical school, Dr. Christiane Northrup has been guided by an essential truth about the way our bodies, minds, and souls are intertwined. It's the same truth Edgar Cayce expressed in this famous formula: The spirit is life. The mind is the builder. The physical is the result. When we don't grasp this - when we view our bodily well-being in isolation - life can devolve into constant worry about our health and constant battling to make our bodies "behave".

Historia
While on her three-month marriage-and-motherhood sabbatical in the country, Jo bumps into an old friend, Fiona, who invites her on a "sacred silent walk" to mark her 57th birthday – - the first since her husband, Ben, died. The last thing Jo wants is to share anything about herself - these are Fiona’s friends, not hers. And what’s she going to say? That her young adult children have made life choices she doesn’t understand? That she has no idea who she is anymore? That everything is falling apart - even her happy marriage to Frank?
