And what is his connection to the evasive Mr. ...

Story okay -poor narration
Revisado: 01-06-24
I’m intrigued with the gilded age period which this sort is set in. Some things in story pretty far-fetched to be believable. Almost quit listening after 15 minutes as didn’t like narration. The voice, cadence were not to my taste.

Interesting story. Had a difficult time finishing this as didn’t enjoy narration. Very nasal, lacked inflection.

Good story but hard to follow due to narration
Revisado: 08-07-23
Interesting story-somewhat predictable. Narration weak primarily due to the accent used for characters of Josette and Amelia. I skipped some of the dialogue of these characters as they were annoying.

Awful narration
Revisado: 07-06-23
The performance for this was distracting. I listened to first 2 chapters and then skipped ahead to see if it changed…it didn’t so I didn’t continue.
