Amazing male narrator-

The female narration was too over the top & honestly annoying & whiny at times throughout. The story itself isn’t her best work in my opinion, but it’s fairly predictable as fast as plots are concerned. I really wanted to like this much more than I did, and the spicy scenes didn’t disappoint, just too repetitive in nature and again, that female narrator really didn’t help for me to get past the lingering negative feelings.

Surprise Ending Worth It!

The narration is excellent and I was surprised the end in a way that made me want to read again to check all the things I missed. The story is a bit confusing in the back and forth of the stories within & the time traveling aspect. It doesn’t take long to get used to it however and doesn’t impede the story at all. I highly recommend this book. It’s not as steamy as many of the newer romance novels these days, but it makes up for it in the character development, narration and life lessons to take with you afterward.

Amazing Narration & Characters

Spicy in all the right places & gets into swoon worthy scenes fairly quickly. The banter between the main characters is done very well which made a big difference when compared to the first book in the series. Lastly, the narration is on point. With a sexy male lead and an intelligent, confident, sassy female to match skill, this is a must listen, especially if you are a fan of this author.

Love the characters, worth the listen!

I loved this story, the only thing I was disappointed in was not having the male narrator through the entire story. I felt it was misleading for the listener who expected the narration to be both male and female voices through the story. Otherwise, everything else was perfection!

This has some great scenes but not as strong of a storyline that I hoped for. Character development would have helped draw me in more but not bad. Enjoyed it for what it is. Good start. 👍
