Misleading narrators

This is probably my most disappointing read in the last year. The narration is 90% female and her male impressions are absolutely awful. It was very misleading having the male and female narration listed. The love scenes are already corny and combine that will the female narration is cringe worthy. The story was mid and the twist was unsurprising... this got a lot of good reviews but didn't do it for me.

Just like book 1 & 2

I'm not sure how I managed to finish book three but here I am, still annoyed by the lack of story and character development. If you loved the continual bickering and ignorance of the first two books then this one is right up your alley. The only characters I have started to enjoy are Kat and Axel... and yet I'm sure I'll listen to the 4th book when it comes out. I keep hoping there will be some huge story arch that makes this series worth the time spent listening to it... I guess we shall see.

I had already read the book so the story wasn't new but the narrators did such an amazing job! This is easily one of my Top 3 favorite books of all time and listening to it only made it better. Kingfisher is the ultimate book boyfriend and Saeris is one of my favorite FMC's, smart, fierce and their love story is just perfection.
I cannot wait for the next two books.

Perfect combo of spicy and funny

This might be my favorite audible this year! This book is witty, sexy, and so funny I was laughing with tears. If you like dark romance with comedy this is definitely for you.

Best of book 1 and 2!

The third book is all the best of books 1 and 2... story and spice! and if you read the prequel you will be pleased to see familiar characters. I could not WAIT to start the fourth book after finishing it.

Spicy with a side of action and story

Still not the biggest fan of the sound actors but love the story. This book is definitely spicier than the first, it's more a love story but that cliffhanger at the end was so good! And I definitely didn't see that twist coming.

Loved the story!

Story is wonderful and I love the friendship between characters. Unfortunately the voice actors just didn't do it for me and I ended up finishing the book by actually reading it. Also this book is written in the 3rd person... it's not awful but definitely takes some getting used to.

Addicting!

Even better than the first book. The banter, excitement and extremely slow burn romance kept my attention all the way through. I couldn't stop listening and finished in only a few days.

Great ending to the first book!
