Wonderful book, I feel like I time travel every time I listen. I only wish one loose end had turned out better. Poor Lucy.

Historia
Hours later, the man’s cold body lies in the city mortuary, alongside the woman he couldn’t save. And his sister, unconventional nurse Gemma Tate, tracks down troubled police inspector Sebastian Bell to unravel the truth. Sebastian has enough pressure to solve the murder of an aristocratic heiress without Gemma meddling in his case. But the cryptic sentences she brings him from her brother’s notebook could be a crucial lead. If only they knew what “milky way” meant.

I’m not sure what all the hubbub was about the book being read to fast??- Unless you have a hearing problem, it’s a perfect speed and easy to understand.
Kim Hicks did a spectacular job narrating and I would absolutely recommend this book if you dig Maise Dobbs. I was definitely surprised at the end, I never guessed the killer.
Looking forward to the next in this series.
