Delicious story
Revisado: 04-02-21
The narrating was well done. With different voices, so the different characters were clear. For my pleasure, it was a bit too fast spoken. Even though the narrator has a pleasant voice, I got a bit tide and had to breathe deeper because it was as if the narrator didn't
Review of the story:
The Brad learns fast, a human pup can’t be compared with a human kitty. That’s a whole other dynamic. The beautiful kitten in de bar doesn’t even like him, it seems.
Harley despises puppies, they are loud, nosy, and uncouth in his eyes. The man with the warm generous smile is something different. In no time they are on their way to Brad’s house.
Very tentative Brad reaches out to the shy kitten, who knows exactly what he wants, Brad.
“He was poetry in motion”
Harley can’t believe Brad wants to keep him. When there a hurt puppy who has to stay at Brad’s home, Harley knows for sure Brad will choose the puppy over him.
Little does he know, Brad is so smitten with his kitten!
That was a delicious read. I loved everything about it. A lot of focus on Brad and Harley, even though there was also space for some side stories Brad and Harley stayed always main.
The attention to all the delicate subtle noises and body language was so awesome! The whimpering, the wishers, the mews, the purrs, the frowns, the haughty looks,
Harley is shy, introverted but at times quite feisty. Brad is the warm caring Master.
Adorable characters placed in delightful sexy environments! The content was a winner!

Sweet and entertaining
Revisado: 12-02-20
It’s not often that I listen to audiobooks but a book with Dan Calley as narrator I will not pass.
Again he did a wonderful job. Alternating between characters and genders was clear done. I felt the lightness and also the more emotional parts. It’s a joy to listen to this narrator.
Content of story:
Every morning barista Sam serves him a latte macchiato to go and this man is always with his nose in his screen. He is much older than Sam, who has a crush on him like forever.
Through a Christmas charity auction Sam gets the opportunity to meet his crush Theodore properly, they developed some kind of relationship.
Searching for the right dynamic it seems Daddy and boy are what they are looking for.
Only, Theodore isn’t out and it seems he will never get there.
Theodore is insecure, that’s kind of endearing to watch. Together they were lovely.
The whole story was kind of sweet and certainly entertaining.
Sorry to say the terminology Daddy Dom didn’t do it for me. That’s not how I felt it.
I think this story could do without the whole Daddy/boy part, for me it wasn’t convincing.
When I look behind that, there is still a sweet story to tell, with hurt/comfort, age-gap, role-play, and some nice lace, and a hea!
Overall a nicely written and slightly developed story, it was entertaining with two lovable characters.

Sinister solid story, great narrating
Revisado: 11-08-20
Wow, that voice gave this story so much body. The sinister raspy voice where needed did its job well. The different moods were palpable.
A clear voice, as a not English native I could follow the story quite well.
Alternating between different personalities was awesomely done, clear to recognize the characters ánd even more important their characteristics!
It was almost as watching a movie, the dramatic, theatrical vibe was palpable.
What a crazy ride, even more crazier when voiced by a competent narrator!!
Review content
Two storylines coming together with a bang, Archer with Clint and Holland.
One lusting over bloodplay, one artist lusting over murder scenes, one trying to do right with crime.
Archer wants to find a third in his relationship. After finding a stunning and intriguing guy he thinks he found him. Little did he know, this man wants to use his knife.
When they come together, some extreme kink fantasy comes true.
A bloody and creepy story. Awful confessions, terrifying angst and through this, all was lust, kink, and even a kind of romance woven.
Their sinister characters are splendid exposed. Their interactions are more than strange and bizarre. Their sexual moments extreme. It’s not a bad thing not to like them.
The way of writing was good, the plot was extraordinary. It was a captivating read and it made me feel even a bit uncomfortable ha!

Mind-blowing story, masterly narrated
Revisado: 09-05-20
Ohh boy, four years ago I read this story for the first time. This week I bought the last edition ebook and I am a very fortunate person to have the opportunity to listen to the audio version while reading it again. For me it works great, listening and reading at the same time, probably because English isn’t my native and I’m not always sure of what I hear.
Dan Calley did a wonderful job narrating this book. I couldn’t put it down. His voice captured the emotions at just the right moments and personalities were clearly distinguishable. The moments of raw truth were perfectly voiced. Those moments gave me goosebumps and I cried loudly.
I think it’s a gift to voice an emotional story quite punctually and keep the listener glued, make them shiver.
The review of the content can be found hereunder. For me, this is a must-listen and must-read. One of my favorites books.
I'm floored. THIS was a mind-blowing story. So exceptional, so dedicated so, so, I’m speechless.
Amazing concatenation of words. Beautiful.
It has an amazingly intriguing captivatingly build-up.
Confusing. What and why is this happening?
Bit by bit the curtains of the mystery slide open and OMG, there is so much to see. It was devastating.
Those beautiful men, it was heartbreaking, it was devastating. I cried out loud
I felt to my knees and cried. Will, James, Elliot, and Ryan. Fathers, sons, friends, and lovers.
Those men I cried for them, omg I love them so hard it hurts.
I just can't tell more without giving the story away and that would be a disaster because this story, you have to feel it, live it, breathe it. Mind-blowing beautiful.

Audio Dirty Mind
That was a wonderful audio to listen to, I loved the clear voice, sultry, emotional, desperate at the right times so were the small pauses, a timbre I loved. Here and there a tiny tiny bit husky at the end of a word, *shudder*, awesome!
A good voice choice for Roe Harvat’s stunning books!
I always read the book while listening to the impact was even more palpable.
Wonderful, wonderful read! Again a winner in my hand, a winner with humorous, witty, emotional, sensitive and innovating sentences and plot.
I was in from the first line and not only because I've been to Sitges myself.
Alex in his early thirties, thinks of himself as pervert, dirt, scum.? Why.? He thinks so because he writes porn.(does he even know how much we love that about him ;)
In day time he is a respectable lecturer.
When the most beautiful boy enters the club where Alex is sitting and drinking, all heads are turning and all mouths stopped talking and the boy didn't even noticed.
As flies all men turn to him and Alex is his savior.
They stay in touch and when Christian is moving, after a couple of years, to Alex's town to study, Alex is aware Chris is not a boy anymore.
Chris is intelligent, open, beautiful and lovely and Alex, has a secret and is not open about that. His feelings toward Chris are changing fast.
Chris is very observant and affectionate toward Alex.
Alex thinks (it's his prime nature) he is to old.
“You are exactly that much older. And yet here we all are, still waiting for you to act like a grown-up.”
Soooo, you could think ha.! a story in a nutshell well, surprise, surprise there is so much story here.
The way of writing is amazing and outshine from others. It has an observation toward life in it that speaks to my heart. It has humor and gravity. It's emotional and sensual and at some points witty and funny. Both personalities are very well put down. I almost tear my hair out because of Alex.
Their friends are there and have an addition in just the right proportion.
Chris the real mature in this relationship is confident about the future and Alex is opposite and insecure, waiting for the other shoe to drop, luckily Chris is taking the lead.
Like I said before, another winner!
Highly recommended this slow burn, friends to lovers story!!

Amazing narration of a heartbreaking story
Revisado: 02-26-20
AUDIO EDGE OF LIVING HL DAY
I cried listening to the audio version of this book.
The narrator’s voice made me cry, the delicate voice of Alex versus the bit rusty voice with an accent of Austin. A really good job, also convincing with emotional parts. Shaky, stutter, raspy, all well done at the right moments. The little pauses between words or sentences here and there was excellent. The clear, delicate voice of Alex did something to me.
I enjoyed this story even though it was heavy af !
Here follows the review of the content.
Okeeehh.. rubbing my hands over my face, that was a harsh, devastating, heartbreaking, breath stopping story.
I was on the edge of quitting, but of course not really because I just couldn’t stop.. Alexander deserved it to be heard and to finished his story.
We get to know Austin and how he is intrigued by Alexander.
Alexander decided to let Austin into his life, but also hold him and the whole world at bay.
Austin was very protective but oblivious to the extent of Alexander pain.
It was an almost unbearable journey to go through. Really really hard.
Alexander’s life is difficult, more than difficult, he exists only.
He deceived everyone around him, e.v.e.r.y.o.n.e. to let them think he had sort of a normal life.
He has only one goal… o.n.e.
This story was more than overwhelming. At times I had to remind myself to breath… I was just holding it in because it was all so devastating.
Amazingly written in a tentative but also almost unbearable realistic way. Very well done.
The heavyweight topic was palpable throughout the whole story.
This story has some serious triggers so be aware of the content and read the blurb.

masterly written, best choice with Dan Calley
Revisado: 08-14-19
Gosh, this was something different. I have even more respect for the author now HEARING all those words she wrote down. Dan Calley did an amazing job with this heavy story. It’s so passionate and desperate, I almost couldn’t handle it listening to all the despair.
Dan absolutely hit everything that could be hit! All the emotions, he did un unbelievable good job, he made me choke up more than once! The different voices with their own pitches, I was in awe, so impressive done. Deep bow!
About the story!
I’m out of words... nothing, read: nothing is comparable with this story. And no words can describe what it did to me.
A Top Shelf Masterpiece Psychological BDSM Thriller!
Could Antidote overrule Don’t #1..? Impossible -but-oh-my-freak’n-god, it did, it did..!!
For the first time ever I had trouble to start a story. I didn’t read any reviews because afraid of spoilers. I understand there are some warnings, I heard it from the author and through the grapevine.
So this is how it started. Jan with them as a fresh breeze. Fun, joy getting to know each other more. The power exchange is one of a kind. Gray, for me Master of Masters, knows exactly how to handle Jack, in between deliciously vanilla Jan. Jack is in awe. Jack is in love!
When the torture from his past caught up with him, the torture turns into the most horrible darkest nightmare. Jan is caught into this nightmare.
A dark hurtful passionate story. One of a kind! So much love, I was floored, completely floored!
Watching the three of them was highly and forcefully erotic and enormously arousing!
At times I had to stop, just to collect myself.
Their journey made all my senses on high alert! I wanted to prepare myself but it wasn’t enough. They made me stumble, tremble and fall hard and pull me down into the abyss. I wanted to scream out loud.
We are talking here about an extraordinary, intelligent and masterly developed story. Jack, Gray and Jan are the most amazing characters I’ve ever seen. Jack’s complicated beautiful mind is one of a kind. Gray’s protectiveness over Jack is of a level so high and so deep I’m out of words. Their connection is from a whole other world, again I can’t find words, even looking in the deepest of my soul I can’t find them.
This is one of darkest, vicious reads I’ve ever witnessed, unequaled in every way!
At moments I had to distanced myself, put up a wall up, it was so so hard to digest.
In those moments I thought there would never be light again, it felt so depressingly dark.
When minds opened and mouth speak, the world explode and went silent, I cried my eyes out.
An unequaled story.
Highly recommended!! Not for the faint of heart!

Masterpiece
Revisado: 06-24-19
My first audio review ever!
I loved to listen to this story. The voice of the narrator Dan Calley expressed the characters and the story so good! The typical dialect, the language, the low and a bit raw husky voice.
The different kind pitch with every different characters, I really loved the expression.
I sat and listen and listen, sometimes I grabbed the book and listen and read at the same time.
A wonderful experience!
5+++ This was an amazing story. I was somewhat floored by it. At every turning point I was stunned by the unpredictable twist, it was exquisitely done, I just couldn’t believe my eyes.
Jack is a mechanic with his own garage, also working as a martial art teacher at a dojo.
When a gorgeous guy with soft brown eyes brings in a broken car Jack is more than interested.
Jan is a financial consultant with a broken car and is intrigued by Jack’s personality.
They start something together and both are more than smitten with each other. Until...
Until it all becomes complicated. This is not an ordinary story, it has so many layers and is so widely spread out, it’s just not simple to describe it without giving too much story away.
One thing I can say: don’t tell Jack ‘don’t’
It’s all about three men, a thrilling psychologic war, many traps, Doms and subs, a safety net and love. We get to know all these facts throughout the story. Every chapter was one where my mouth was hanging open from all the amazing and intriguing events.
I loved Jan instantly, and Jack goshh he was something. I never met a more complicated personality than Jack I loved him hard, together they felt so right.
Jan made Jack forget his shit, until it became too complicated. And then there was Gray!!
Whoah what can I say about Gray, he has such a strong personality, he brings you to your knees. He just demands it by his whole being, I had deep respect for him.
Jack oh Jack, the most stubborn man I’ve ever met. I would have thrown the towel in the ring more than once. But Jack nooo, even deeply hurt he stayed dedicated. I loved him for that.
One of the most intriguing stories I have ever read, so explosive!! Watching the wick slowly burn before reaching the bomb and BHAM.
It was a dark, unpredictable, thrilling, warm, funny, hurtful, emotional, enlightening, honest, witty, thoroughly and endearing story.
Gray, Jack and Jan were amazingly put down. Their dynamic was so powerful, my heart skipped more than once watching them.
A story with unbelievable strong content and masterly written in the most captivating way as possible, the whole scenery was breathtaking.
Silly me was reading at work at lunch, tears running down my face, how could i explain this.
So, don’t... read at work, hell, don’t.... read with anyone around, sit by yourself and go with this tremendous ride!
Highly recommended
