Historia
Remote working is on the rise. Whether or not we are remote workers, it is likely we are all part of a global workforce. We need to learn to interact remotely, because we are all remote from someone in some way. Rather than simply simulating the way we'd usually work together via digital means, we have to learn new communication skills and adopt a different mindset in order to work remotely effectively, efficiently, and, most importantly, healthily. We'll start by getting you set up with the right equipment and habits. Then, we'll learn the mindset of treating everyone as remote.

A lot of information packed into this book.
Revisado: 10-19-24
Some of the info was so simple that it was hard to focus on because I am in the Information Technology field. But for those wanting everything from the ground up all the way back to the history of work locations, this book is for you. The breaks between chapters were long but not a huge issue if you can use the slight forward option while listening. I listen while working so don’t like to have to manually forward parts of the audio book.

I can relate
Revisado: 10-19-24
With a military and law enforcement background I was able to relate to these story’s. Moving to the corporate world I see how these principals can be used in other careers . No matter how well one can lead there will always be some who will not want to follow or give as much as others. This was one of the few books I did not lose focus on part way through. Thanks for sharing.
