THE book I would recommend to ALL

This book is like THE guide to living a life without struggle. People always ask me how I stay happy despite circumstances (I absolutely feel pain and despair and fear but quickly realign) If anyone asks me now I can give them THIS BOOK because it truly brought all of the things I've learned, and some new practices to use, all together. What a lovely personal and brilliant collection of truths. I will certainly be sharing this with many of my friends and family.
I apprecaite the author being vulnerable enough to share his story and wise enough to find the meaning in it all. We all want the meaning of life, well...I think this is it.

The narration was done well. I just felt like from the beginning I could think of things an investigator would ask or infer that were not happening in this story. It made the whole thing seem weak and done before to me...somewhat predictable.

chapter 17 ... hits hard and hits home...

I felt like I knew much of this, but toward the end.. it gave me plenty of ah-ha moments and I will probably read again at some point. Great book to introduce anyone to mindful living and beginning to see the way to live in most peace and love and clarity
