Historia
Ever since my days in music school, I dreamed of creating music that tells deeper stories—melodies that resonate with our souls. This audiobook brings that dream to life, blending my piano compositions with heartfelt stories that explore love, faith, and the divine. Each chapter concludes with a music recording, inviting you into a world where sound bridges us to something greater, echoing my journey to Orthodoxy. This collection is more than just a series of stories; it's an invitation to witness how music can lead to spiritual discovery and transformation.

A wonderful biography. Music is so gentle and memorable. I listened to the book twice now, to capture the melodies.

Historia
Since prehistory, humans have braved the business ends of knives, scrapers, and mashers, all in the name of creating something delicious - or at least edible. In Consider the Fork, award-winning food writer and historian Bee Wilson traces the ancient lineage of our modern culinary tools, revealing the startling history of objects we often take for granted. Charting the evolution of technologies from the knife and fork to the gas range and the sous-vide cooker, Wilson offers unprecedented insights.

Riveting flow and wonderful detail.
Revisado: 02-12-24
I love the way the author balances his riveting retelling of the King of England’s accession to the throne and the “headwinds” encountered, without getting preachy or biased. He could have been much harsher with describing the shenanigans of Prince Harry and his ghost writers, but keeps it dignified and entertaining at the same time! A good read.

Historia
Set in the pre-Christian world of Glome on the outskirts of Greek civilization, it is a tale of two princesses: the beautiful Psyche, who is loved by the god of love himself, and Orual, Psyche's unattractive and embittered older sister, who loves Psyche with a destructive possessiveness. Her frustration and jealousy over Psyche's fate sets Orual on the troubled path of self-discovery. Lewis's last work of fiction, this is often considered his best by critics.

Historia
Who was the real Diana? What was it like to be so privileged yet so anguished, so beloved yet so self-loathing, so spoiled yet so despairing? The Princess of Wales was all these things--far more complicated, conflicted, and intriguing a person than the wildly disparate saint or lunatic she is frequently portrayed to be.

Historia
The most important fact about the coronavirus pandemic that turned the world upside down in 2020 is that our response to it has been an epic overreaction driven by a disastrous confluence of public and private interests - all of them purporting to “follow the science”. Since the lockdowns began, millions of Americans have relied on the reporting of Alex Berenson. Exposing the hysteria and manipulation behind the worst failure of public policy since World War I, this clear-eyed journalist has been a critical source of reason and truth.

Balanced; extremely well researched and documented!
Revisado: 01-10-22
I found this book riveting. I appreciate the hard work invested, Mr. Berenson. I am a recently retired RN , fully vaccinated and possibly two mild cases of COVID, for which I self isolated a few days. Nurses were kept employed no matter what horrors the media proclaimed. Nurses who balked due to fears were fired. I am so tired of government idiocy. In our state, a very red one, we are seeing rules peter out and general culture resume. I believe we are on the way to herd immunity, if government will stay out of it! I have no television and left Twitter in 2020. I stay positive, take immune supportive supplements, and exercise. I have a shirt that says it succinctly—Make Orwell Fiction Again.
