Incredibly insightful.

The explanation of energy and its connection to our lives was insightful. Although some of the information felt repetitive, I gained a deeper understanding of the subject. It prompted me to reflect on my own habits and consider how I can rewire my mindset to harness the energy that has always been present around us.
