Historia
The world watches the sky with trepidation. The insanity of Xenocide knew no bounds, and all will soon suffer the effects he had planned for a millennium. Though none know what is to come, they all know it isn't going to be easy to survive. The Master has a plan, one that can give the world at large a way to escape the onrushing desolation. It may be on the bleeding edge of morality and what he needs might prove too difficult to secure, but the Master asks for trust. Cal and Dale both have their role to play as the world hurtles toward destruction.

Awesome story, and well performed!

First of all, I'd like to emphasize that I disagree with most of the reviews that I have read that state how aweful and jarring the experience was of having a different narrator for this title. While it took a couple chapters to get used to, Luke Daniels did an exceptional job at his performance. With respect where it's due to Vikas Adam, both narrators earn my respect and praise for this series.
As far as the book is concerned, the story is very entertaining, and the characters are well thought out. The connection the main characters have between each other add great value to the feel of the story.

I loved the idea behind this short story, and it left me wanting more. More of what? I'm not sure, but there may be potential for a full novel. I guess I was mostly intrigued about the idea of someone having the chance to start a world all on their own; all the details of the adventures involved, the process of starting a society, etc. The audio narration seemed a bit forced, but it wasn't as bad as others I have heard (some audiobooks I can't listen too because they're so bad). Overall, I really liked this short story. Thank you for a good read.
