I would concur with the proposition of a motion, made in the right course of time, that would convey the affirmative sentiment concerning the positive, rather then the negative when the opinion is being consulted on the matter of which an inquiry is being made, leading to a report made out of experience by this member of the listeners.

this collection of stories is a privilege to hear and even more so, to hear it from the person who has lived through them. I can't find the correct words to describe the whirlwind of emotions and thoughts that I experienced when listening to this book, and I certainly can't recommend it enough.
