The first thing I loved about this book is that it applies to any kind of relationship in my daily life. I truly appreciate the way Lisa divided this book into different parts. It sets you up from the start to visualize your own journey while navigating parts of your self that you have probably never focused on. It is set up in a way that you can insert yourself in the plot and begin to take your own journey.
It gave me an understanding of where certain experiences have impacted my life in ways that I didn't even realize.
I will use this book to find within myself what part of my journey I am in.. and decide where I want to go!
