Love it
Revisado: 11-18-15
Listening to ResturantMan had given me the authentic feeling the author and me share table talking open hurt, no b**it no nice guy. However, if ResturantMan had tried fooling me into thinking he is being honest, he'd really succeeded.

Dealings WITH technology in an audio book is risky
Revisado: 06-05-15
Any additional comments?
Dealings WITH technology in an audio book is a risky business. You will never be able to keep up with its harsh pace, That's why this 2013 audio book feels so out of date. Gerrold is a huge source of knowledge, even more than that, he knows how to explain things in a pleasant way to your ear. The narrator does a beautiful job but it couldn't compensate for the technology gap.

Those of you expected to hear a story about the NY
Revisado: 06-05-15
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
Those of you expected to hear a story about the New York 's skyline might be disappointed. The beautiful book cover misled me into thinking this book is a N.Y. story per se but soon the narrator said specifically it is NOT. A little late for me...

Historia
In this irreverent and illuminating audiobook, acclaimed writer and scientist Leonard Mlodinow shows us how randomness, chance, and probability reveal a tremendous amount about our daily lives, and how we misunderstand the significance of everything from a casual conversation to a major financial setback. As a result, successes and failures in life are often attributed to clear and obvious causes, when in actuality they are more profoundly influenced by chance.

What would have made The Drunkard's Walk better?
Even tho Mlodinow's idea is an eye opener, he saves the goodies for the last chapter of his audio book. The Drunkard's Walk could easily be truncated from its 9 hrs and 19 mins length into a single hour or so.

Any additional comments?
Reading this audiobook`s description I was very impressed. That course has many lectures of a wide scale portfolio. However, if you are familiar with basic ideas of businesses management, this one isn't not fo you.
