Eh
Revisado: 08-18-20
I was really into this series but the narration is so bad, it's whiny and I just take it anymore. I wish I knew how the story ended but it's not worth the irritation.

oh the narration! awful!
Revisado: 07-31-20
again the narration in this book is so god awful it's hard to get through. I had to forward some parts because it became too irritating to listen to. the whininess of the voices is so juvenile.

Narration is awful.
Revisado: 07-29-20
This is a good story but it's so hard to get through the narration! It's the annoying female voice that's most irritating.

Great insight into Trump's sick mind
Revisado: 07-20-20
While this is not about Donald Trump specifically, it gives wonderful insight into how he was groomed to be the vile man he is today. Highly recommended.

Fantastic! Couldn't put it down!
Revisado: 06-25-20
This book is so well written and entertaining at the same time. Listening to Johnathan Karl read it himself is like listening to a friend tell you stories about his experiences. This is a must read before the next presidental election in 2020.

The drama.....
Revisado: 06-06-20
I was so invested in this story and couldn't wait to see what else was going to happen between the two characters. But I was growing weary of the constant push and pull about half way into the book. The redeeming quality though was the end. It left me wanting more.

On the surface, Cameron Douglas had everything: descended from Hollywood royalty (son of Michael Douglas, grandson of Kirk Douglas), he was born into a life of wealth, privilege, and comfort. But by the age of thirty, he had become a drug addict, a thief, and—after a DEA drug bust—a convicted drug dealer sentenced to five years in prison, with another five years added while he was incarcerated.

Historia
A kiss, a touch. A smile and a beating heart. Love and sex and dreams, art and drugs and the madness of youth. Betrayal and heartbreak, regret and pain, the melancholy of age. Katerina is a sweeping love story alternating between 1992 Paris and Los Angeles in 2018. At its center are a young writer and a young model on the verge of fame, both reckless, impulsive, addicted, and deeply in love. Twenty-five years later, the writer is rich, famous, and numb, and he wants to drive his car into a tree, when he receives an anonymous message that draws him back to the life, and possibly the love, he abandoned years prior.
