I liked the audio book overall. I only gave it 4 stars because even though it had some good information, the last chapter was a sales pitch to get you to purchase the program. Honestly it seems pretty promising so I may check it out.

If you're familiar with energy work this will seem pretty familiar and she shows a new way to direct it. I heard her on a talk show and she gave the talk show host an erection using thought alone. He was impressed. As was I. I bought this book.
