Narrator has a childish voice that sounds staged and overly cutesy which detracts from the reading. Actual reading material is a re-tread of pretty standard 'positive thinking' and 'just do it' messages. If you work n sales ir marketing and want to do a structured program of how to improve your game this may benefit you. Pretty mainstream ho hum and somewhat shallow motivational speaker type stuff overall.
