This should be required reading for Christians.

Ken Sande does an excellent job of laying out practical steps to take as Christians in order to move TOWARDS conflict, instead of away from it. ‘Do unto others as you would have them do unto you’ has never made more sense... or carried more weight.
This is simply a “must-read” if you are facing conflict, or realizing that you are avoiding conflict, or that you’re not handling it well in your life. Christians should be known by their love, but never will that love be more tested than in conflict.
