I'd read this book before it was out on Audible. I fell in love with it then. Clever, witty, LOL funny, this story is charming in an endearing way. Then I heard it come to life! (David that pun was for you) The narrator really made this special. Bravo for both author and narrator.
Yes, I would recommend this to anyone who likes their end times on the lighter side. Be sure to enjoy with a glass of wine.

What made the experience of listening to Positive the most enjoyable?
The narrator really brought the author's representation of the human condition to life. It was amazing.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Kylie because she was a great representation of how to both be strong and so very weak yet a survivor in the new, cruel world.
What does Nick Podehl bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Everything! Inflection. Richness. Also, I don't have time to read read, so that he narrated at all means I got to enjoy this book.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Uh, sure, if I could sit for 12+ hours.

Probably, if I wanted sheer entertainment. However, the story was clear and easy to follow, so I don't feel like I missed anything.
What did you like best about this story?
It was clever. Different. The portrayal of vampires and werewolves was very entertaining.

YOU is one of those novels that's a sociopathic guilty pleasure. The narrator brings Joe to life in the most brilliantly epic way. Hooked from the first word, I found Joe, and the voice of Joe, creeping into my daily life, even when I wasn't listening. It was as if the story stalked me in my waking moments. And my sleeping ones. A fan of bad and misunderstood boys, Joe is one I'm adding to my collection. Or he can add me to his.
