Well-written tale of timeless struggle to overcome

Jim’s transparent look at the desire (and struggle) to be more than what his experiences in this world “made” him, helped him create a book relatable to both men and women. His vulnerability, and genuine love of God illuminates his good heart which embraces truth coupled with grace. And his story-telling adds colorful layers and comic relief to a challenging subject.

A great tale of adventure and suspense

I started listening to this in the car with my 10 year old son going to and from school. It was required reading and listening made the story come to life for him. When he would get out at school I would find it impossible not to listen more. Well written, beautifully tailored descriptions, and unexpected plot development. Recommending it to his three older sisters and any adventure and suspense enthusiasts.
