One of his best.

Though each book I have listened to could not possibly get any better. I was wrong. This was an incredible story. Of the 400 titles in my library, one of the few I would listen to again.

Historia
Serge and Coleman are back on the road, ready to hit the next stop on their list of obscure and wacky points of interest in the Sunshine State. This time, Serge’s interest is drawn to one of the largest retirement villages in the world - also known as the site of an infamous sex scandal between a retiree and her younger beau. What starts out as an innocent quest to observe elders in their natural habitats, sample the local cuisine, and scope out a condo to live out the rest of their golden years soon becomes a Robin Hood-like crusade to recover the funds of swindled residents.

The best yet
Revisado: 03-05-19
This latest installment of the Serge Storm Series is quite possibly Dorsey’s best yet. With each book, I keep waiting for the storylines to become tiresome, or for the inevitable recycling of themes common to series of this length. But no, the stories continue to get more entertaining, and this is the best one yet - two plot lines that weave together seamlessly toward the last third of the book, well-developed characters; tons of obscure Florida history (as usual); surprise plot twists at every turn; and, of course, more laugh-out-loud antics of Serge and Coleman. Keep these coming, Mr. Dorsey!

Relaxed, tanned by island sun and comfortable in his skin, he slides onto a barstool next to you at Schooner Wharf and lets you buy him a beer. Ex-Navy Seal, Key West native and full time treasure diver, Bric has been searching for a fortune in gold and silver in the Florida Keys his whole life. Today he may have found it, but not the treasure he expected.

Great story, great reader, distracting music
Revisado: 04-18-16
Story was fun, creative, clever with enough suspense to make use the drive-through at lunch so i could eat and listen in the car. Inflections and voices used by the narrator were well done and entertaining and the ocean sound effects added much. However, the 80's-style porn music that intrudes during the recording seemed to come at the most inappropriate times and greatly detracted from the storyline. If this recording could be edited to remove the music it would have been one of my favorites. That said, I would listen to it again and would recommend it to a friend.
