Historia
The world of Wonder has been thrown into chaos. Servers crashed, cities are in disarray, and death is permanent. Amidst all the upheaval, a new dungeon is growing. Undercroft Citadel. Ben Hales stands on the front lines, sword in hand, ready to continue his dark work. With an army of the dead and the blessing of a goddess, he’ll bring more fire and brimstone to Wonder than the game has ever known.

Great continuation of absolutely phenomenal story
Revisado: 08-02-21
This book is just as well written and performed as the first. Stuart Thaman's writing shows great attention to detail/continuity and realism. The world he has created shines with polish and very well thought out mechanics for a video game world. The narrator does a tremendous job with his various character voices and conveying all sorts of emotions in the story. This sequel unlike many other sequels who fall short is just as entertaining/enjoyable as the first in the series. I cannot recommend this book enough for veteran listeners of the LitRPG genre and newcomers as well. Please listen to the first book in the series before this one. Has a terrific twist that I did not see coming at all. Character development continues and is very prominent in this book. World building continues to grow and is very very well done. I cannot recommend this book enough and I hope you enjoy it just as much as I did.

Historia
The Seven Portals to Wonder changed the world. The most advanced AI ever created powered the worlds, bringing infinite possibilities and endless adventure to everyone across the globe. War on Earth practically ceased as most of the planet's population became addicted to the game. Ben Hales was no different. He spent a few years saving enough money to buy lifetime passes for himself and his daughter, Ingrid. Now he has the cash, and Ingrid just turned 16, the minimum age required to play.

Absolute Perfection
Revisado: 07-29-21
I absolutely loved every single second of this book. The writing is absolutely phenomenal and the narrator does a wonderful job. I never once struggled to get through any sections and whenever I wasn't listening I was wondering what was going to happen next. The world building is absolutely great and all the characters are extremely well written and unique. Full disclaimer I did receive this book for free but this is a 100% honest review I'm not being paid or anything of the sort to give it such a good review. If you're new to the LitRPG genre I can't recommend this book enough as the first one you read/listen to. Never once did I stop to think "Well this isn't real it's just a book" it grabs you and pulls you into the world the author has so perfectly crafted and keeps you on your toes wondering what's coming next. I honestly cannot recommend it enough. The main character is very relatable in lots of areas and in my opinion is justified in his actions as an evil character.

Tricked into a world of banished gods, demons, goblins, sprites and magic, Richter must learn to meet the perils of The Land and begin to forge his own kingdom. Actions have consequences across The Land, with powerful creatures and factions now hell-bent on Richter's destruction. Can Richter forge allegiances to survive this harsh and unforgiving world or will he fall to the dark denizens of this ancient and unforgiving realm? A tale to shake "The Land" itself, measuring 10/10 on the Richter scale, how will Richter's choices shape the future of The Land and all who reside in it?

So far I've only listened to this book in the series with plans to continue to the others. The RPG system is very well done. The Main Character is fairly funny if a bit childish at times. Story is very well done and definitely kept my interest even listening while I'm working. I definitely recommend it for anyone new to the LitRPG genre

Historia
It’s not easy making the career jump from office-supplies-store middle manager to heroic interdimensional adventurer. At least, Jason tries to be heroic, but it's hard to be good when all your powers are evil. He’ll face off against cannibals, cultists, wizards, monsters...and that’s just on the first day. He’s going to need courage, he’s going to need wit, and he’s going to need some magic powers of his own. But first, he’s going to need pants.

1000% worth the listen
Revisado: 07-16-21
This book is absolutely amazing. The writing is terrific had me laughing at moments and sad at others. You really feel like you're a part of this world with the 10/10 narration. I never once stopped to think "This isn't real it's just a story" Once you start listening you won't want to stop. Perfect world building and explanation is slipped in by having characters explain things to the main character therefore also informing the listener/reader. This is my first book in this genre and if you love RPG games like Fallout/Skyrim you will love this book. I cannot praise it enough. Now stop reading my review and go buy it already!

Wonderful story with perfect narration
Revisado: 05-13-21
Was read so well that I wanted to visit Narnia myself. Definitely worth the money paid. You get all 7 books all read by different narrators and all do an absolutely terrific job. Even as an adult still a wonderful story.

Absolutely Wonderful
Revisado: 03-30-21
The narrator does a tremendous job of telling the story of Middle Earth. Recommend to any Lord of the Rings fan. The songs seem to have a weird melody at times but very well done. Rob Inglis does a wonderful job of providing voice for every single character in the book. I especially recommend this to anyone who's seen the movies and want to listen to Tolkien's original work.
