Great book, especially if you wonder

This book really helped me. I had not realized I was codependent but when I did I went right into recovery I did NOT want to be this way so I have been working hard on my codependent behavior. It empowered me to make change and it feels good! I will probably pass the book on to others I know.

This was the only narcissism book I've listen.

I learn more about narcissism by this book. After a lifetime of psychological abuse, I can hardly express how surprised I was to feel that. It is really a great book about narcissism. There is given all contents are step by step which is very easy to understand. I think everyone shall listen this book, that's why i am highly recommend this book for all my friends and other's people to listen this book....
