I loved it, can't wait for the rest. Both narrators are fabulous, the story is great, the only thing that I would change is the too many exaggerated monologues he has about her beauty and his devotion to her. We got it but it sounds more like "what a woman would want to hear" rather than reality. Apart from that, I really love the characters, the kinky parts and battles. I finished the audio in 3 days and now I need to know what will happen!

Good start but corny

I liked the idea, as like Yasmine I always m preferred the villain in die hard but I don't like villains becoming non villains to be lovable. Just like 50 shades of Grey where there had to be a reason to explain sadist tendencies, why?. If the whole point it to like villains, let just like them how they are and there is no need for a complicated childhood to be a bad boy, neither trauma to explain rough sexual preferences. It started well but I was deeply bored at the end, feeling like the predator is becoming a bunny to fit the annoying main characters ideal.

Maybe the story is good but the voice... I can't

I really like the other serie but this one I can't. Willow's voice is terrible, makes my teeth cringe.

Great but I liked better the 2 other books

I read the first book then listened to the audiobook which were really great, couldn't stop listening. Maxine Mitchell and Joe Arden voices are amazing. I really love Joe's voice (which is really hot) , I would listen to him for hours and give him a hand with the french pronunciation which sucked. As a native french speaker the french parts were sometimes really ridiculous and some of the words are not well used (a little like google translate). Regarding the story, I loved the 2 first books but I liked better Tobias as a dark character. As a love struck puppy, he is not sexy at all...What was interesting about him was the mystery, dominance, the unpredictable side, then he moves to a "I'll do whatever you want" guy makes him boring. Even the dog has more personality at obe point. We know that Cecelia is the love of his life but after listening to it for the 1000 time, it's like... Ok we get it. The white house stuff was also weird. I enjoyed the book for a big part but didn't really stay focused on the last chapters since it became really corny. I'd love however to read more series from this author, or more books read by the same narrator.
