Historia
After Tova Sullivan’s husband died, she began working the night shift at the Sowell Bay Aquarium, mopping floors and tidying up. Keeping busy has always helped her cope, which she’s been doing since her eighteen-year-old son, Erik, mysteriously vanished on a boat in Puget Sound over thirty years ago. Tova becomes acquainted with curmudgeonly Marcellus, a giant Pacific octopus living at the aquarium. Marcellus knows more than anyone can imagine but wouldn’t dream of lifting one of his eight arms for his human captors—until he forms a remarkable friendship with Tova.

New favorite book

I wanted a beautiful, simple read to take me out of my own stressful life. I craved a book that both encouraged reflection and was thought provoking. This book gave me more than I asked for. It was a simple read and both very enjoyable and inspiring. One may call it "too predictable" or "too coincidental", but in my opinion, those things only made it only made it more enticing. As the story unfolded, I was only more eager to keep listening to see how the story played out. Very charming. Lastly, if this were a book, my pages would be damp... but I am a softy.

Historia
Only a few years ago, Alex Honnold was little known beyond a small circle of hardcore climbers. Today, at the age of 30, he is probably the most famous adventure athlete in the world. In that short time, he has proven his expertise in many styles of climbing and has shattered speed records, pioneered routes, and won awards within each discipline. More spectacularly still, he has pushed the most extreme and dangerous form of climbing far beyond the limits of what anyone thought was possible.

Historia
One man had a single goal…to eliminate Hitler from the face of the Earth. Living as a carpenter who had spent time working in a watch factory, Georg Elser was just an ordinary member of society living in Munich. That is, however, until he took it upon himself to attempt to assassinate the Fhrer, Adolph Hitler. Being a common man who opposed the Nazi regime, Elser took the skills from his craft and worked to assemble his own bomb detonator.

Great Story! But...
Revisado: 03-17-22
The chapters are out of order and the narrator is drab and monotone.
However, this is none the less a remarkable story of Georg Elser.
