Love is in the air

I purchased the hard cover of this book many years ago. I tried to read it back then, but couldn't get into it. Then, I saw it on AUDIBLE and decided, why not??? I am so glad I did. I listed to it today, and it was a "right on time" message. I loved Peter Coyote's voice. It was soothing and so perfect for this life lesson. I will do my best to follow these four agreements, which ironically I already know through life lessons, but the way it is explained in this book is amazing and it kept my interest. Thank you don Miquel Ruiz for writing such an insightful book. The prayers at the end are beautiful. I am already looking at life differently. I am very appreciative and grateful to you for sharing your knowledge. I will definitely invite others to purchase this book, either in hard copy or audible.

Lives Intertwined

This was a wonderful book. I could relate with this book on different levels. I currently attend a Knitting Group (Stitch Angels) on Fridays. We are just women that came together to knit/crochet for charity.I listened to this in one sitting while crocheting a Mobius Infinite Wrap for my Pastor's wife who is currently undergoing radiation treatment for cancer. The storyline was wonderful. I loved the characters' growth, and interactions. Some real life situations intertwined with somewhat realistic endings. I love Debbie Macomber's writing, and Linda Emond's performance. I highly recommend this story.

I originally looked into getting this reading because I love to knit and crochet, and love to knit socks. When the sample mentioned they were learning to knit socks using double pointed needles (DPNs), I was "hooked." The other reason I wanted to get this title is because I belong to knitting and crocheting groups at my church and library. It started off slow, but the story line picked up as more characters were introduced. I really liked listening to this as I was crocheting my cousin's blanket. The narrator's voice is very calming, but doesn't change too much to reflect the different characters. Other than that, I enjoyed it, and I think you will, also.

SINfully engaging

The way SINthetics are treated are treated reminds me of how Negroes were treated during slavery, and how some folks think of African-Americans TODAY. The storyline is captivating, Voice actor, Brian Hutchinson, does an outstanding job. The suspense was thrilling. I listened to this while knitting. It kept me from biting my nails while waiting for ..... well, you have to listen to find out what I'm talking about. Enjoy!!!

OSCAR-WINNING PERFORMANCE

I absolutely loved the voice actor's portrayal of characters. The storyline was stupendous. I loved it so much that I listened twice. I highly recommend the book and audible version. I listened in my car, in the laundromat, while grocery shopping, etc. People thought I was a little bonkers because I would burst out laughing.
