This book is a hidden gem not only because the content is clear and to the point but also because the Author covered all the questions a beginner might have in the process of starting to invest in tax liens and deeds. I also want to shout out the Author for not subjecting us to the excruciating process of adding unnecessary information.

The title is misleading, because it makes readers believe this is an expert discussion between 2 Scientists. I was disappointed when I realized this is just an interview with an actor. This is not the type of content I listen to. If you’re looking for educational content to understand Einstein’s work, you will be disappointed because this is entertainment material.
