The book is stupid

It makes assumptions and assertions on peoples lives that seem to be based on a reality that has a lack of empathy.
Also the narrator is really hard to listen too as she sounds like a robot.

A lot of assumptions and it feels like cold reading

I had alcohol parents but I don’t fit most of the assumptions of this book.
Many of the assumptions I feel could apply to any child.
I feel like this is ‘cold reading’ mostly.
She references studies but never mentions sources or factual data.
Because of that it feels very opinionated; and almost as if the psychologist is trying to create problems where there are non.
