What an amazing life. Penny Marshall reads her autobiography with the same dead-pan humor of our beloved Lavern.
The list of people she grew up with, hung out with, worked with, loved, and had as friends is unbelievable. Some of the greatest comedic actors, writers, directors, and producers of their/our time.

I could not turn off this autobiography. It is hysterical. Allison Arngrim is great, funny, sarcastic, and kind. I love it when the author reads their own book. totally worth the listen.

Christine Feehan is one of my favorite authors. I love and read most all of her series. But. This has to be the worst book of hers I've ever listened too. I had to speed up the narration to get through it. I'm glad I didn't spend a lot on this one, I think it was a sale purchase.
The narrator was not a good choice either. I really hope she doesn't narrate the rest of this series. Jim Frangeone is far superior for Feehan's books.

Lots of laughs

My neighbors thought I was crazy as I listened to this series while walking my dog. I was often chuckling out loud and walking with a large grin.
All the books in this series are funny, quirky, and with likeable characters. I wish my GA town was like Happy Cat.

Fun

I enjoyed this book a lot. The female character is a peon who gets kidnapped and is full of sass. I laughed out loud as she put the various aliens in their place. The male lead didn't know what he got himself into with Miss Sassy but managed to roll with the punches and win her heart and the hearts of the other warriors.
yes I reccomend this book and I really hope they come out with a sequel.

Enjoyed it, but misinformation on Working Dogs.

I really enjoyed this book and I'm not one to write reviews but as I own a Service Dog I feel the need to make a few corrections.

Therapy Dogs are dogs that are trained to go into schools, hospitals, nursing homes, etc. They are required to have trainong and certification. They are not allowed everywhere a Service Dog is.

Service Dogs, in the USA, under ADA regulations are not required to have certification nor is there a national registry for them. They are however highly trained dogs with a minimum of 180 hours of training and required to be able to do at least one task to mitigate a person's disability. They are trained for all kinds of disabilities; Medical Alerts for example low blood pressure or low sugar, Psychiatric Alerts for anxiety or panic attacks, PTSD, nightmares, self harming, and other psychiatric disabilities, Hearing Alerts to alert owner to doorbells, etc., Mobility and Balance, along with Guide Dogs. Not all disabilities are visible. Service Dogs are allowed everywhere except sterile environments.

ESA or Emotional Support Animals, can be any animal, is not required to have any training at all, and is not allowed access to anywhere. They only require a letter from a therapist and it allows you to have an animal in housing that does not allow pets.

I do not know if the author is a US Citizen but I feel she should have looked into the differences between Service Dogs and Therapy Dogs as she is putting out misinformation.

Another great book in the Forgotten Ones series. You do need to read them in order or it can be a tad confusing.
The spoiler alert is that one dies and I was really looking forward to his story and the woman he would find peace with.

Great story that made me laugh out loud and great narration. Mary Jane Wells dis an excellent job. Now to look up more of Tessa Dare's books.

Tim Curry is wonderful. I think I could listen to him read anything. If only there had been audio books back when I was in school struggling with literature class. I finally enjoyed Charles Dickens.

Not a great narrator

I've been enjoying this series and the previous narrator. She does the different voices and the Scottish brogue very well.
While this narrato does a good brogue, she speaks extremely s l o w l y, to the point of madness. Speed her up to a normal speaking speed and listening is then enjoyable.
