I decided to listen to this audiobook because of how the title sparked my curiosity with the ability to go through 20 rules for business turn around in such short time. So the authors accomplish a general perspective Which will likely serve as a checklist for those going through such a challenge, making sure you’ve covered the aspects that apply to your situation.

Insightful!

I can certainly understand why Simon found this one of his most challenging pieces...and yet how rich in content and learning it is. I have read/ listened to it twice at different moments of my life as I certainly captured different bits and parts in a different way. But this book is a must read for any one engaged or about to engage a position that will serve as a reference to others. Leading is such a responsibility that you can never feel prepared enough and Simon’s insightful book provides relevant reflections from his numerous practical experiences shared in an easy to read/ listen story. Certainly worth your time!
