Great Book!

One person can make a such a difference. Great to read about the hero's in America's Pandemic response (who knew George Bush made such a difference! And how John Bolton screwed America over, and over and over again). But the unsung hero's are the heart of this story, especially Charity Dean and Carter Mescher.

Fun for non-writers too!

If you’re a fan of Drew you will love this book. Yes, there’s a lot of advice for writers (and creative entrepreneurs in general), but there’s also hilarious short stories and quirky musings that’ll keep you giggling through all the smart stuff. I never fast-forwarded through the advice because it’s interesting to hear about the productivity and writing process. As a whole this book feels like a glimpse inside Drew’s rum-soaked noggin. I loved it!

Good Book

This is a good book that will keep you engaged. The problem is, it’s unbelievable. A child who lives alone, without any education (except for a boy who drops in once in awhile) becomes a renowned scientist and author?! I almost quit reading it because of the implausibility. But I wanted to know who killed the “boyfriend,” and that part didn’t disappoint. While the foreshadowing was strong, the poetic reveal was perfection.

A series you'll want to listen to again and again. So fun and approachable, this fantasy series is perfect for everyone. It's a nice balance of action, humor and character development. Bonus: the books are long (but never slow), so you really get your money's worth!
