This book is an excellent introduction to Real Estate. I know I will reread it again and again to review the basics. The authors make the subject very easy to understand, and the presentation is easy to listen to and enjoy. It is a great book I am adding to my real estate reference library.

although the message was good,

although the message was good, I felt a lot of the scenarios were for the working women. As if those women who dont work arent able to utilize this type of self development. It was a bit discouraging, because many women suffer from low self esteem, regardless of employment status, however I finished, and all I kept thinking was "when will it end?!". Not very happy with the book.

The book did not have a lot of examples of what to look for but if you have never taken a business class then this book is a great start.Very good book for a novice in stock market investments. It helps to get the idea of basics and terms.he book was easy to understand and quite informative. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in learning how to invest.
