Historia
A train carrying exiled German prisoners from a labor camp arrives in southern France. Within moments, word spreads that Nazi capture is imminent, and the men flee for the woods, desperate to disappear across the Spanish border. One stays behind, determined to ride the train until he reaches home, to find a woman he refers to simply as “her.”

Leonoras story at last
Revisado: 11-17-21
Not a dry biography but the amazing life of her and Ernst come to life. I read everything I could find too. Like Casablanca, only this is for real. Thank you the well balanced and not-surreal telling of it. “Here’s looking at you kid, we’ll always have St. Martins Ardèche.
