Should be required reading for everyone

I just ordered the book for my husband. Reading this helps me understand his thinking a little more too. I’m hoping he’ll be willing to talk and share with me more after reading this. He’s a good guy, but not a good husband. Like the author says I’m the book, this kind of relationship stuff really should start being taught in middle, high school and college. Relationships are so important, why don’t we teach skills to be successful in them? I will be reading the book next with my husband so we can highlight and make notes.

I don’t usually write reviews. This book should be required reading for everyone. The narrator was great but the content was amazing. I feel so empowered after reading this because I am in the midst of facing many of these same obstacles in my life living with a disability and trying to get people at my work to treat me with equality. The author is nothing short of awesome and I just commend her and thank her for paving the way for so many of us. She fought for everyone!!!

The book was great and the narration great as well. I was very annoyed by the music that would play every time a new chapter would start. Stick with it if you feel slightly confused at first because the book jumps around from different times, but you will get the hang of it and it’s totally worth it!!!

Man this book did a number on me. It was so good and heartbreaking at the same time. This one will really get you thinking about your own life too.

So beautifully written with honesty and I love how they backed up the statements with research & evidence. I marked many sections to write down or reread.

I found this book while in the first month of losing a sweet little four month old baby. Our family is devastated. Still in the middle of it now, I found the information in this book gave me glimpses of hope while shrouded in darkness.

I heard a voice saying words only a person that truly understands oils say.

Today, I am so very grateful for this book.

This book was very thought provoking. It had a lot of unexpected twists and turns. I enjoyed listening to it straight through. My heart really hurt for the main characters individually for how they suffered alone and couldn’t find the courage to confide in each other what they were going through inside.

Sebastian York has a great voice for these books! I love that the guy’s a cartoonist and the girl is quirky too. It’s nice to change up from the typical a Billionaire types... A+++ for being bold and descriptive with the “sizzle!”
