Not the Best Intro to Astral Projection

The book doesn't even start until chapter 4, about 5-10 minutes in, the first 3 chapters are legal disclaimers. I felt like a lot of the book was the history of astral projection and what scientific research has been done. I was hoping for a how-to. I didn't really learn anything useful. The description mentions projection from mediation, they don't even tell you how to do it, the book just pretty much says monks can do that and they leave it there. I'm returning it.

There was a lot of good basic information, but you could learn literally everything in it by looking on Google. It's a great option if you don't have time to read and are planning on listening while you multitask. I was hoping for more info and secret tips and tricks.The narrator was good.

Basic Information for Beginners

The first book about crystals was great! It goes over a lot of crystals for beginners to start their collection. I was hoping for a bit more in depth explanation about how to clear chakras. It was a great refresher and would be excellent introduction for someone that doesn't know much about either subject. The narrator was pleasant and did not distract from the story.
