Love this book. JD Kirk hits another ball out of the park. The character of Heather is complicated and lovable in her own way. I hope we see Ace in future books. The narrator was outstanding.

I enjoyed this book very very much. Loved visiting all of my favorite characters in Three Pines. However, I had to get past three things: the animosity toward the Catholic Church and organized religion (I am not Catholic), the lecture on gun control, and the lecture on women.
