If you’re looking for an exciting mystery pick up one of Karen slaughter’s books she’s dark I don’t know where she gets these characters she probably needs psychotherapy and I probably need it after reading her stories but I keep coming back for more. Keep the books coming!

I love his books I think I’ve read almost every one and I would recommend it to anybody that likes a good thriller. The main character, Jack Reacher, is a very complicated man with a very high moral standard but is not above a little mayhem when it is called for.

This is the first Karen slaughter book I’ve read or listen to, it was recommended by the librarian because it was the first one in the series. I liked the story but I did not care for the person narrating the story I thought the southern accents were a little extreme.
