Historia
A groundbreaking book about personal growth that presents a uniquely effective set of five tools that bring about dynamic change. The Tools offers a solution to the biggest complaint patients have about therapy: the interminable wait for change to begin. The traditional therapeutic model sets its sights on the past, but Phil Stutz and Barry Michels employ an arsenal of techniques - "the tools" - that allow patients to use their problems as levers that access the power of the unconscious and propel them into action.

Historia
We all want love. Everything we do is in pursuit of love, but that journey has gotten difficult and complicated. We're programmed to seek love outside of ourselves, and we're trained that love is something to earn, or a destination to reach; that programming blinds us to the simple truth that we are beautiful, eternal sources of love, and to BE LOVED is to BE LOVE.

As i listened to an interview of Humble by Jay Shetty on his podcast, I thought “Man that guy sounds like he knows what he’s talking about!” So….I got the Audible. Wel, I absolutely, absolutely love it. I think I’ve listened to it like four times this month of January!! His honesty is refreshing and insight is Genius.

Historia
Michael Pollan, known for his best-selling nonfiction audio, including The Omnivores Dilemma and How to Change Your Mind, conceived and wrote Caffeine: How Caffeine Created the Modern World as an Audible Original. In this controversial and exciting listen, Pollan explores caffeine’s power as the most-used drug in the world - and the only one we give to children (in soda pop) as a treat.

Ever since I discovered “The botany of desire” i love watching, reading and listening to Michael Pollan. Caffeine was a wonderful Audible. I listened to it twice! I loved learning about some of the history of the coffee bean and following its trail of origin which has evolved over the centuries...Wow! I just wish it was a little longer. I want more!!
