Historia
What does it take to get along for a lifetime? Men and women share a deadly problem that kills good relating. The problem is this: We are committed, first of all, to ourselves. Each of us, without blushing, holds fast to an overriding concern for our own well-being. Giving numerous examples from his counseling and speaking ministry, Crabb explores how we can turn away from ourselves and toward each other, how we can become what he calls "other-centered." Dr. Crabb maintains that men and women are different in important ways that can lead to a deep enjoyment of one another.

Yes I would recomend this book based on the content.
Have you listened to any of Larry Crabb’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
No
What’s the most interesting tidbit you’ve picked up from this book?
Other Centered is a wonderful concept it left me wanting to learn more as to how to be a better other centered person
Any additional comments?
STAY FOCUSED on his reading it was very easy for me to have my mind wonder off on single sentances he would read to think if I related it to my own life. I will listen to this book several times. I almost wished I had bought it although I would get board with the writing style and probably never finish it. Listening to it was easier.
