I love this book because it is so well balanced . there is some important piano theory included which is very beneficial , along with piano instruction. You can't go wrong with this book.

Maybe he identified as a woman but he was born a man. This book wasn’t a tutorial on how to deal with a narcissist. This was a man expressing his experiences. I identified with his pain and it was good to know I wasn’t alone.

Great audiobook. Very well written. Not a one note, it gets to the core of you very gently and addresses and validates your reality as a person in an abusive relationship. Where your family and friends can't deal with it or reach you, Bancroft has written something extremely theraputic to those in these bad situations. If you're thinking of buying this to add to your repertoire of books on this topic, this one will not collect dust. Very good.
