Historia
Most books about the history of humanity pursue either a historical or a biological approach, but Dr. Yuval Noah Harari breaks the mold with this highly original book. From examining the role evolving humans have played in the global ecosystem to charting the rise of empires, Sapiens integrates history and science to reconsider accepted narratives, connect past developments with contemporary concerns, and examine specific events within the context of larger ideas.

This is by far the best book I have ever read
Revisado: 08-11-21
The way the author presents the information is outstanding, no personal preference or inclination to a certain way of view or understand things.
The topics covered are not just very interesting but also it creates a good narrative all along the book.
I'm looking for "Home Deus" now, that's the following book to this one.

Revisado: 04-25-21

Historia
Finite games, like football or chess, have known players, fixed rules, and a clear endpoint. The winners and losers are easily identified. Infinite games, games with no finish line, like business or politics, or life itself, have players who come and go. The rules of an infinite game are changeable, while infinite games have no defined endpoint. There are no winners or losers - only ahead and behind. The question is, how do we play to succeed in the game we’re in? In this revelatory new audiobook, Simon Sinek offers a framework for leading with an infinite mindset.

A must read book for everyone in earth.
Revisado: 02-22-20
This narrative is a continuation of his past books, I did buy this book on pre-order, and wait almost a year, but that waiting were worthwhile.
This book teach you about why to pursuit long term impact over short term ones, also teach you another perspective on leadership and why it's important to lead from any position, whether in a senior position or in a junior one.
Above all, teach along the book to put people first, and that's a reflection of Simon purpose.
I'll probably will read again, and buy the physical edition of this one.

Valuable lessons to be learned, but most important, to be implemented to create a culture of Innovation.

Even the smartest among us can feel inept as we fail to figure out which light switch or oven burner to turn on, or whether to push, pull, or slide a door. The fault, argues this ingenious - even liberating - audiobook, lies not in ourselves, but in product design that ignores the needs of users and the principles of cognitive psychology. The Design of Everyday Things shows that good, usable design is possible. The rules are simple: make things visible, exploit natural relationships that couple function and control, and make intelligent use of constraints.

Historia
Every leader must be ready and willing to take charge, to make hard, crucial calls for the good of the team and the mission. Something much more difficult to understand is that in order to be a good leader, one must also be a good follower. This is a dichotomy - a Dichotomy of Leadership. It is, as authors Jocko Willink and Leif Babin explained in their best-selling first audiobook, Extreme Ownership, “Simple, Not Easy”.

The real leadership book
Revisado: 04-22-19
After read several books of leadership I find this books as the real and ultimate book of leadership, principles that apply to the real world situation and that I have experience over year of being on position of leadership
Now I'll investigate more about Jocko and Leif, and read the most I can about them to improve day after day my leadership overall performance.
Other books talks about good things but struggle to put the point on paper and to translate the knowledge to the real life. But in this books everything was crystal clear and easy to catch. The validity of the books rely on the fact that they learned all the lessons in the most terrible scenario: War

This is by far the real book of leadership
Revisado: 03-15-19
I have been reading a lot of books related to business and leadership, few best seller and other not so popular, even reading articles and academic reviews, and there is nothing like this, this is for real situations that I as a leader had experience in the past. If you want to be a good leader or if you want to lead for a cause, this is the books for you.
The quality of the books is also great, the way is written is amazing, good stories that take you to the situation and make you feel the pressure, and then the principle, and to close each chapter a real case scenario of how to apply to business.
I already buy the following books, if this one is good I can't wait for the following.

Power is changing. Private corner offices and management by decree are out, as is unquestioned trust in the government and media. These former pillars of traditional power have been replaced by networks of informed citizens who collectively wield more power over their personal lives, employers, and worlds than ever before. So how do you navigate this new landscape and come out on top? Adam Grant, Wharton organizational psychologist, went to the World Economic Forum in Davos, the epicenter of power, and sat down with thought leaders from around the world, to find out.

Revisado: 02-14-19
Since I read his book Originals, I really find appealing to read this one, and with no regrets at the end. This is another of his pieces of art, an amazing travel over the world economy forum.
The amazing of this book is how Adam reframes the conventional thinking and assemble the puzzle of the opinions of different people of power, is narrative is perfect and make you curious about what is next, I hear this audiobook in just a week (being my second audiobook in progress book at the moment).
I you want to know what is power in 21 century? Who have it? Who lose it? How to handle and how to keep it this is a perfect audiobook for you.
